Loveland OH New Construction
The Cincinnati Area is full of options potential home buyers, but one community stands out from the rest for its convenience, value and adventure. Loveland, Ohio, located in Warren, Hamilton and Clermont Counties, is about 15 miles from downtown Cincinnati, but offers suburban and rural living, parks and a scenic bike trail!
Present Day Loveland is known as the “Sweetheart of Ohio”. Loveland, along the scenic Little Miami River, was settled in 1796 by Colonel Thomas Paxton. Its location offered picturesque valleys and rich soil. The Village of Loveland was incorporated on May 12, 1878, with 800 acres in three counties: Hamilton, Clermont and Warren. The Little Miami River separates Clermont and Hamilton Counties, a factor that limited growth to Clermont County until a bridge was constructed in 1872. Over time, all three counties have expanded into a thriving residential and business community serving a diverse population of 12,000 citizens.
In the 1980s, the idle Little Miami Railroad passage was converted into a bike trail and became part of the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail in 1984.
Loveland City Schools offers a Early Childhood Center, 1 Primary School, 1 Elementary School, 1 Intermediate School, 1 Middle School and 1 High School.
Today, Loveland marks a flourishing community whose beautiful parks, passionate arts and culture, and prime location along the Little Miami River make it both a wonderful place to visit and to live. After 200 years of growth and change, Loveland maintains its reputation as a charming, family-friendly community

The Loveland Bike Trail extends 70 miles all the way to Central Ohio, the Downtown Historic District features Unique shops, and restaurants including The Works and Tano. The Loveland Castle, constructed on the banks of the Little Miami River shows off its medieval architecture.
