Lebanon Homes for Sale
Located in Warren County, Lebanon has a long and proud history. Lebanon is a City rich in history and heritage. Its civic pride is evident in its cleanliness, warmth, and fervent desire to include everyone in the community. Settled by early pioneers after the American Revolution, Lebanon saw its first cabins in the 1790s. In 1802, a surveyor laid out the community with Broadway and Main Streets intersecting at the center of town. Broadway was to be six-poles wide to ensure that a six-horse stage could turn completely around in front of the tavern. The town was then divided into 100 lots of 50 rods each, with the four center lots to remain reserved for public lands.
Lebanon has moved forward with the times, but somehow has managed to keep a high priority on its rich past. Here you can find the best of both worlds: easy access getting to Downtown Cincinnati and a small-town aura that makes Lebanon a great place to call home. Lebanon holds a number of events such as Country Applefest, Horse-Drawn Carriage Parade, Lebanon Blues Festival and the Country Music Festival among all of the downtown, locally owned antique stores and boutiques!
What could make living in Lebanon better? How about the real estate prices! Right now, the median home price is just $220,250.
